Detox Cabbage Salad
1 medium head of red cabbage (green is fine too)
2 bunches organic flat leaf parsley finely chopped
2 bunches organic green onions
1/2 c. good quality extra virgin olive oil (+ more to taste)
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. himalayan salt
1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Shred cabbage in a food processor, or box grater. Combine all ingredients. Adjust olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
